Double Room Available with 2 Professionals

Hi we are looking for a 3rd person to join our house share. Current tenants are myself Natalie, 35, professional and Jez, 33, professional. Our 3rd house mate has now moved on so we are looking for someone to take over his big double room. The room is available Nov 1st and comes unfurnished

The house is really big and bright, We have 2 spare rooms on top of the three bedrooms, we can use for storage or if friends and family come to stay.

The rent is £466.67 per month and bills on top are roughly £140 per month, per person. So roughly £600 total per month altogether. Which for a house this size and all the amenities is so good!
Deposit is £700 which you will get back when you leave as long as the room looks the same! :)

We'd love someone to move in who is normal, chilled and easy going, Enjoy your own time but come together now and again for a movie, meal or watch a live boxing event or something fun! Someone who is clean and tidy and happy to do general house work now and again with us to keep the house looking good!

The garden is great in the summer time, gas BBQ, tiki-bar, bike storage, shed and loads of space. We love it.

No smoking (or vaping!) is permitted so this would just suit a non smoker.

A bit more about me, Natalie, 33, marketing professional into healthy living, yoga, cooking. Love seeing my friends, getting out in nature. Chilled out during the week and get out at weekends.

Charlie is 34, cool laid back guy into his movies and music. Working for a bike supplies company. Loves seeing his mates, going to gigs and having friends over for movies or sports events now and again..

Nat and Charlie
