Hi all I have a couple of rooms to let in Lewisham close to town centre and public transport, Lewisham and Ladywell train station/ docklands and bus terminals to all areas.
I have been living in the area for a number of years and it is a pleasant place to live and you basically have all you need from pubs, clubs, shopping, travel five minutes from my house.
I am currently doing work on the empty rooms in my house a bit of painting ect, but bedrooms, bathroom x2 toilets kitchen and a little sitting area are fine. Garden needs a bit of maintaining but that's only a couple of hours works.
