Cosy double room in little house in Windmill Hill!

Hi,

I'm a live-in landlord with my fiance and we're renting out the ground floor double room of my house. It is fully furnished with lots of storage. The house is small but cosy. There's a shared living room and dining room/kitchen on the ground floor. A little garden where we are growing some seedlings for fruit and veg at the moment!! The Bathroom is upstairs along with our room and a guest room/music room - maybe you can add to our musical instrument collection!? We also have a fish tank with some cute little fish and a couple of shrimp.
We're pretty laid back and are looking for someone who also likes to chill, eat good food and maybe enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings! We have netflix and love a good tv series binge too!
