Successful applicant would ideally need to be in full time work and be able to provide good works references etc and agree as part of the tenancy agreement required to join our house watts app group and actively participate for ease of communication between all, each room is allocated a weekly chore to carry out and simply post a couple of photos up on the house watts app we also supply a cleaner on a monthly basis

We stock up the property with cloths, sponges, bin bags, black sacks, hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, etc etc once a month only to help enhance your stay with us
