Here is my double room ,available as a SHORT TERM LET 3 months. Rent cheaper then usual to reflect that it's short term. . Really looking for friendly mature and responsible tenant to fit in with my other very lovely tenants who will look after the house . You'll only share the bathroom with 1 other person. the others have other bathroom facilities [4 in total rest of house.]

Parking, 2 large receptions, large sunny garden. 5 minute walk beach and bus stop with buses direct to Brighton

Well equipped kitchen with 5 burner hob, very large oven. and small separate counter top oven.
Washing Machine, Dishwasher, fridge freezers. TV aerial points & Wi fi in every room . Bus stop, 5 minute walk away, stops every 10 minutes, 20 minute journey to Brighton centre, night bus from Brighton, operates till 3 am Thurs Fri Sat nights.
low deposit and one month rent in advance required.

We are a quiet household and tend to keep ourselves to ourselves except when we invariably meet in the kitchen and share a beer or glass of wine together.

Would suit people who are very security minded and used to sharing .
