Double room to rent in three bed house

I'm looking for a housemate to share my home with.

About the room:
Large Double room on second floor of town house. Room comes fully furnished with two large double wardrobes, desk, bedside table and Kallax unit. Own bathroom on the landing with bath and shower. Bathroom comes with towel rail and storage.

Location:
The house is opposite a park and has good transport links.

Manchester city centre is 3 mile away. The bus stop is two mins walk from the house and tram stop ten mins walk, both with regular services.

MediaCity / Salford Quays are both three stops away on the tram, tram stop is ten minutes away.

Less than 5 mins drive to Salford Royal.

Less than 10 mins drive into Monton with local bars and restaurants.

Five minutes drive to the M602

Shared areas in the house:
South facing garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ and fire pit.

Open plan kitchen and dining area

Living room which opens onto garden.

Downstairs toilet.

About me:
31 year old female working in marketing. I'm always busy and have a very busy lifestyle! If I'm not at CrossFit, yoga or out cycling then I'm usually spending time with friends or family. I work from home two/three times a week and spend the rest of the week in the office. Looking for someone with similar hobbies, interests and who will happily have tea over a bottle of wine together!

Pets:
Two very friendly and loving house cats also live here so if cats aren't for you then this probably isn't the house share for you :)

Please note, the third bedroom is empty and is only used on the odd occasion when I have friends or familly to stay. I do not plan on renting the third room out so it would mainly be the two of us in the house!
