The room
Modern, beautiful room to rent with own bathroom across the hall. The room itself has a king bed, built in wardrobes and a desk and chair. There are two bathrooms in the apartment so will each have our own bathroom.

The apartment
The room and apartment are fully furnished with all modern appliances and facilities including a lift, recycling centre and shared garden. The apartment also has a balcony with views of the castle and Fife- perfect for fireworks season.

About me
My partner and I live and work at home and sometimes long hours so not after someone who is going to be partying until late. I love my home and the area I live in with lots of great neighbours and friends close by. I enjoy exploring Edinburgh’s amazing restaurants and bars. I love a nice brunch, cocktails and the local pub quiz on a Friday night. At weekends I enjoy exercise, going to the market and walking the dogs, having a nice dinner and chilling with a wine.

Looking to rent a room to someone who is a professional and is clean, tidy and respectful of others. Would like to rent my room to someone that enjoys their own space but is happy to be part of the household which we share with two very cute mini-schnauzers. Looking for someone after a long term let and someone I can trust in my home.

The area
Situated in Leith the apartment is on the main bus routes and about 20 mins from Princes Street. The shopping centre is across the road and there is a supermarket a 5-10 min walk away. Leith is famous for its food and drink scene and the Shore is just 5 min walk from the apartment. It really is an amazing place to live.
