Double room with all bills included in a professional house share with a live-in landlord.
The room is 4 m x 3.5 m in size with a bay window on the ground floor. There is a double bed, under bed storage and a wardrobe (happy to discuss room for further furniture). There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, hallway and a large garden.
We are a couple living with a friend and are looking for another friendly housemate to join our home. We all work social hours, with different jobs (teacher, IT and environmental sector). We all appreciate a tidy house. It's a social house, but we all appreciate our own space from time to time.
We are looking for someone who is considerate and is social, but not a party animal and is a good fit in our household.
