Room for rent : Dalkeith Rd , Edinburgh

Myself and flatmate are looking for someone to rent our third room in our three bedroom’d flat on Dalkeith road. Preferably someone for more than 6 months. The whole flat has just been newly decorated and a beautiful new kitchen with new appliances recently installed. The flat is walking distance to Holyrood Park, the Royal Commonwealth Pool and Cameron Toll shopping centre ; which has various shops and supermarkets, there is also plenty of free parking. There are also a row of shops right outside the flat such as a pub, local newsagents and a hairdresser. Dalkeith Road has great bus links to Edinburgh city centre with the journey only being around 10 minutes. The room itself available is a double room, with a large window which looks onto the back garden and is fully furnished, the bathroom is shared, but myself and my flatmate do not keep any personal items in the bathroom. The kitchen has plenty storage, a large fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining table and chairs. My flat mate and I keep on top of the cleaning and general tidy ness of the flat. We are both very friendly and chatty and are excited to share the flat with another person! There is a communal garden which the flat block shares, the stair as a whole is very quiet and you won’t see the neighbours very much.
