Double bedroom available for rent as part of a fully furnished flat share in Kincorth, Aberdeen with one other person. My name is Farrah and I'm a fulltime working professional and also currently studing Social Services, my brother owns the flat. I'd like to share this flat with someone who is sociablable and has some common interests.
The room available is a double bedroom (approximately 2.8 x 3 metres) with a large built in wardrobe and big window.
The kitchen is large and has a built in microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a 5 hob gas stove.
The living room is large and bright with two big sofas.
The bathroom is white and has a high pressure shower over a bath.
There is a utility room with sliding door cupboard that houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and offers more storage.
There is a private walled garden with decking area and red brick built in braai, it also has a shed (photos too large to upload, available on request)
The flat is newly renovated throughout and has a large floored loft for additional storage space. All windows in the flat are double glazed and it uses gas central heating. There is a smaller 3rd bedroom that will not be occupied, but can be used as a study, 2nd living room or spare room for guests.
Rent is £350 pm plus council tax and bills (council tax and bills will be halved) total cost (including Wi-Fi, t. v. license etc) will be roughly £500pm.
Please note: the furniture in the photos does not come with the flat (apart from living room sofas) the flat is getting fully refurnished.
Flat has on street parking and there are always spaces. It is a few minutes walk to bus stop and bus takes 10/15 mins to get to Aberdeen city centre and they are frequent. Viewings are available, please contact with any questions.
