Double Room in Pretty House Near City Centre

I am a 31 year old professional female and seeking a new housemate for a rented property (My current housemate of 6 years is moving away from Leicester). Please note

- This is through a letting agent and they require you to be in employment and will do referencing checks
- You would need to stay at least six months
- I have a cat, very friendly :)
- Non smoking
- I am looking for a female between 20-45 years old. Students will need a guarantor :)

It's a 2 bedroom house in a pretty, cobbled street just off London Road only a couple of mins from Sainsburys and other shops. The rent per person is £275 a month, which is just over £63 a week.

The room available is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (unless you wanted to bring your own). It overlooks the front garden and the quiet street.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. There is a shared living room, well equipped kitchen and dining room, upstairs bathroom, plus shower and second toilet downstairs. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine in the kitchen (and clothes line in the back garden), Sky TV, DVD and internet.

The house is 10 mins walk from the city centre and 5 mins from train station, and there are frequent bus services on London Road. Parking is available in the streets nearby

I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so will only be at home evenings and weekends.
