Hello,
We are searching for a house mate to share this gorgeous house. We offer a double room in S5, Firth Park area in Sheffield!
3 minutes walk from bus stations and you can find 1, 1a, 5, 75, 76, 88, 95, 95a, 35, 38, 38a, 23
2 minutes walk to shops, Firth park and Concord park where you can find gym with pool, sauna, yoga etc. Minutes away from Meadowhall, Ecclesfield and Northen General Hospital.
We are living in this area and house for more than 3 years and we had no problems at all.
The house has 3 bedrooms, living and dinning in separate rooms, bathroom, kitchen, basement and garden.
In the house live 1 man and 2 girls in separate rooms and we are professionals. We are not always home and we don’t see each other much, but when we are off sometimes we spend time together. It’s a friendly atmosphere and we would like to keep it this way.

Living room: Full HD Tv, cream leather sofa and arm chairs, table, speakers
Dinning room: Glass table for 6 people with cream leather chairs, washing machine, fridge freezer, tv, wooden floor

The double room comes with own fridge/freezer(in the kitchen) and is £75/week with all the bills included and £75 the deposit. Move in with just £150! Included in the price is the cleaning company who will clean the communal spaces.
Bills included: unlimited gas, water, electricity, internet (high speed optic fibre 56mb/s), council tax, tv licence, Sky box Hd etc
The bedroom has wooden floor throughout, brand new double bed with mattress, plenty of storage ( 4 double wardrobes, shelves and chest of drawers), white leather chair, office space, white rug, plant.
The room is ideal for a girl/women and is available from September 2nd.
