Quiet house in lovely road overlooking playing fields. Enter via the side of the house into the garden. Washing machine, tumble dryer, use of iron, hoover, etc. Council tax, broadband and all bills included.

Friendly and co-operative landlady who lives separately. You will be living independently and not see each other unless you wish to.
