One double room in a three story townhouse, located in the Cherry Hinton area.

The house is in a great location, situated about 5 mins drive from the Fulbourn Tescos, as well as being in walking distance of pubs, doctors, shops etc on the Cherry Hinton High street and only a minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and petrol station. The bus takes about 15 mins to the city centre.

On the ground floor is a downstairs toilet, shoe closet, under stairs cupboard, dining room with glass sliding doors leading onto the patio and garden, and kitchen with plenty of cupboard space for all housemates. The kitchen includes newly installed dishwasher and tumble-dryer as well as the usual white goods.

First floor is the large living room with balcony doors over the garden making the room really light and airy, the shared shower room.

The double (£500 pcm) is on the second floor and furnished with double bed and some furniture (wardrobe not included but could be sold on).

There is a garage for storage and space for one car on the drive, but parking in the area is never a problem.

Bills aren’t included.

We’re three female professionals with interests in design and culture, eating out, pubs and cinema when possible as well as going to the gym, so ideally the housemates would be up for coming out as well.
We're looking for an easygoing, considerate, friendly person, who is happy to help out around the house with communal chores and socialise a bit. Ideally another professional, not a student, and within a similar age range.
The property is a non-smoking property so ideally a non-smoking housemate would be ideal.
