Double Room Professional House Tadley

A good sized house in Tadley comprising of three Double rooms(2 large 1 small). The house is currently occupied with two professionals with one large double room available to rent. It has been recently renovated so its clean and modern. With brand new double glazing in 2022.

The house is dealt with direct to the landlord, all you pay is a deposit, rent and bills.

The house has two bathrooms, one toilet downstairs, and a bath/shower and toilet upstairs. there is a large communal kitchen with all white goods including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Communal living room with sofa's and a tv, ps4 ect.

The house comes furnished with the bed and wardrobe minus the bookshelf and desk/ makeup stand/bedside table. (Those furnishings are owned by the housemate moving out)

There is a back garden which is paved/gravel.

House is quiet and chilled but everyone is happy to be social.

All bills are done through and app called splitwise and we always look to keep it as cheap as we can, by looking for the best deals, we currently have the best available broadband in the area.
