We are looking for a flatmate from August 14th onwards to join us in a 3 bed maisonette in this popular block in Tower Hill/St Katharine Docks.

The apartment building is situated on Thomas More Street, just coming off the south side of the beautiful and historic St Katharine Docks. We also have a large Waitrose supermarket just a 1 minute walk away. It is a great place to live if you work in the city as you can often just walk to work from this area and avoid public transport. It is a lovely green leafy area and nice to come home to and if you want to take a jog or a stroll we are not far from ornamental canal and the Thames path.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor and they all have a lovely natural light coming in. They come furnished with a double bed, bedside table, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers and a grey carpet. There is a nice, smart bathroom which we all share.

Downstairs there is a good size lounge which also has a dining room table. There is a separate kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc) and also a downstairs toilet. Outside there is a small patio/garden area which is great for BBQs.

We work in the banking and insurance industries. We enjoy travel, film, theatre, eating-out/ in, basketball, foodie experiences in general, cooking, galleries, dancing, pub quizzes and discovering new and exciting things to do in and around the city.

We are looking for a Non-Smoker to join us. One of us has asthma so we are not looking to live with smokers, even if you are willing to only smoke outside. Sorry.

Please be aware we have a cat so please only apply if you are comfortable and happy living with a pet. He is a very sweet tabby and sleeps most of the day outside in the garden.
