Looking for someone to take over my contract for my room, as I’m not returning to university.
Downstairs en-suite bedroom in a house with 3 other people and shared kitchen. Room includes double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Kitchen has washer, dryer, large fridge freezers and seating.
Others living in the house are second year’s - 2 male on the film course and 1 female on the TV and Radio courses. They are friendly people who enjoy quiet nights in and the occasional night out.
House is located close to Salford Shopping city and on the 50 bus route so ideal for those based in Media City.
Rent is £390 a month including all bills and WiFi, deposit is £390 and an admin fee of £60 is required. Contract is until end of June 2019.
