We have two spacious double rooms available in our house next to Burgess Park (Postcode SE5) from 14TH OCT.

We are two young professionals in our late (yes we've reached that bracket) twenties, working in TV and the charity sector.

We're looking for two other working professionals (NO students - this is a deal breaker for the landlady so please don't waste your time) who like to socialise and keep each other entertained with classic "...and then I found a fiver!" type annecdotes.

We tend to have the occasional 'late one' at the weekend - so if you're a "It's 6am on a Saturday and I'm already dressed and making french toast" kinda person...this house might not be for you.

Girls or guys we don’t mind but a standard awareness of hygiene/cleanliness is mandatory (men we are not your mothers).

The rooms:
The first room is quiet and cosy (and we don't mean the 'spareroom' kinda cosy).

The second is a fuller number (the old lounge) – perfect for anyone who needs a bit more room to breathe and likes the sunshine!

Both rooms come with double beds (including mattresses), but you'll need to provide storage. Ikea drawers fit perfectly..!

The house: two bathrooms, a little living room upstairs and a large kitchen. We have an outdoor patio area, but the main attraction is the lovely park on our doorstep: perfect for solitary ramblings or picnics or hangin out with the ducks.

Rent is £650PM (inc. bills).
