Attic room in friendly houseshare
I’m looking to move out of my houseshare due to work commitments on the 1st November.
The house has plenty of parking outside, two tv rooms, a small back and front garden and two bathrooms.
The current housemates are very friendly and considerate.
A free cleaner comes once every two weeks and the landlords are very attentive.
The only extra cost would be £120 admin fee and to be able to provide references and have a UK based guarantor.
The room itself is the attic room, it’s spacious and has a double bed. There’s a nice big windows so it’s very bright.
The contract is until the 31st May 2019.
