The house has 3 story (see floorplan), I live alone top floor. It will only be shared with myself. Rent paid until December already! Long stay only please (12+ months). I have been there for 3+ years.

The Bedroom (Ground Floor) and Living Room would be both entirely yours. The Bedroom has a built-in desk and lot of built-in storage as well!

Kitchen is shared, Bathroom is shared (I have toilet / sink upstairs, so toilet in the Bathroom are yours alone too). I don't shower in the morning so you won't have to worry about that too! I never go to the patio either (sometime I just hang cloths to dry during summer but that's about it, so it'd be yours to use as well).

I don't cook much and I don't eat in the kitchen but in my room.

The kitchen is fitted with a Double Oven, Large Fridge, dedicated Freezer, Dishwasher, Rice Cooker (mine, but you can borrow), Washing Machine.

Last the house has a massive attic to store things!

The environment:

Ewart Street is extremely calm and residential. Closely located to Brighton Station (<15 minutes walk).

Rent: £650 pcm
Council Tax (Band C): £80.5 (10 months a year)
Internet: £24~ per month

Costs (variable):

Electricity and Gas: ~£55 (Gas Central Heating)
Water: About £10~ per month.

"Requirements":

Single Professional between 25~35
1 or 2 cats are ok if I ask the Landlord, no dogs however.
You must not be noisy / no party. You just have about a million party flats available in Brighton.
Not bringing people over often, it's fine from time to time however.
You'll have to go through an agency for Credit checks (landlord requirement), fees are fairly low.

About me:

I work in the Video Game industry in Brighton, 9.30 to 6, Mon-Fri. I leave the house fairly late since I walk to my office. I pretty much stay home otherwise playing games, watching shows, browsing internet etc.

If you're into gaming, anime/mangas, all things Japanese that's a big plus and we'll get along together for sure!
