I have a lovely, bedsit with an en-suite shower room in a modern, centrally heated, quiet, five bedroomed, detached house. It is in a peaceful, rural location, 20 minutes from Stafford or Stone, 15 minutes from Uttoxeter and just 10 minutes from Rugeley. There is a beautiful view from the bedroom window. I am a live-in landlady with one other professional guest, Monday to Friday. The room has coffee/tea making facilities, a microwave, office chair, work desk and television. There is use of the kitchen (cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc) if required. The room is cleaned and towels are changed weekly and bedding is changed fortnightly. There is unlimited superfast broadband. I am looking for a quiet professional guest. Please note this is not a house share and can NOT be your home address. Please do not apply if you are a smoker.
