Lovely room in two bed flat in Winton

I have a room available soon in my newly refurbished flat in Winton. It is a very pretty room, spacious and nicely furnished. This is a double room but for one person. We have all mod cons - washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher etc..

All bills included plus Sky TV and internet. There is a small garden, patio and a bike store.

The flat is well situated, in a quiet road but near shops and bus stops and within easy reach of Bournemouth town centre. Stokewood Leisure centre is very nearby.

I am looking for a friendly, nonsmoking female who is happy to do their share to keep the flat clean and tidy. I also sometimes do night shifts so they need to be relatively quiet during the day while I am asleep.
