The rent is inclusive of all bills Broadband/Wi-fi except the house phone. The house itself is a stone throw from Waitrose, numerous restaurants and bars. It is also close to Southsea shopping centre and Osborne Road.
You must be professional, working full-time, clean and tidy, considerate and non-smoking inside the house.. Preferably a female to live with.
