Need a bit of your own space? We have rooms that will tick that box, and offer new friendships in a safe and homely environment too, but without losing all the benefits of someone taking care of the house – check us out!

Our joining process is now completely contactless, “paperwork” is digital, viewings are virtual (although physical viewings we can do too).

Our homes offer the perfect space to work from home with desks in rooms and high speed broadband throughout the house. There are cosy communal areas to relax with your new housemates as it is nice to be together at the moment and not be alone, the outside garden space is an added bonus for house BBQ’s or even taking the office outside!

SNUG was formed in 2015, we are a group of friends that care passionately about our houses, we pride ourselves on offering more than just a room to rent, feel free to check out our Facebook & Instagram page ‘Snug Shared Living’ to see photos of our latest events! We don’t use agents and personally meet all new housemates to ensure they are friendly and sociable preferably working professionals (typically in their 20’s and 30’s).

ROOM 3: Your double en-suite room room is available from 10th October for £895 per month and is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed, mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Your SNUG home is only 30 minutes walk to Reading train station and Reading town centre which offers all major names in retail with two major shopping centres 🛍 You can dine around the world with plenty of fine dining on offer and cafe/bars and enjoy the vibrant nightlife with bars, real ale pubs and clubs 🍺🍷🍴

Your new home is only 5 minutes from local shops and amenities 🛒 a short walk from the bus stop 🚏 and 10 minutes from the local gym. Your new home is only 30 minutes walk to Reading Town Centre & RBH and only 10 minutes drive to Green Park.

*AVAILABLE WITH DEPOSIT-FREE OPTION – we have partnered with a company called Reposit who offer a no deposit option. Instead of paying a 5-week security deposit, you can choose to use Reposit and pay a 1-week one-off service fee. You can use the money you save to spend on something you actually want! Please note you would still be still liable for any end of tenancy charges.
