Double room in newly refurbished Hillhead flat

Double room available from 1st of November. You will be living with two UoG post-grad students.
We look for a sociable flatmate, who is considerate, tidy and also up for some quality netflix binge time.

Room prices are split according to the size of the rooms. We figure including bills and broadband that should roughly come down to 520pcm.
Your room will be the smallest in the flat. However, it is simultaneously the warmest and most quiet, facing the backyard of the building.

The flat:
- currently refurbished (new paint, new furniture for some parts).
- big living room, which we will design together.
- modern shower (currently redone)
- close to UoG and Kelvinbridge subway station
