The Property - This is a very large house set out as a furnished 3 bedroom house share. There are 2 very well presented shared bathrooms (1 recently refurbished). Good size and fully equipped open plan kitchen / diner with plenty of storage, dining table, sofa and large TV. This area has a very cosy and chill out vibe to it.
Benefits - The property has a very large driveway with space for up to 3 cars, not only that, there is plenty of on road parking directly outside the property. There is a large garden which you are welcome to use and a small amount of room in the garage for storage, I. e push bike.
The well presented house is clean throughout with a cleaner that attends regularly to keep the bathrooms and communal areas up-together, keeping it pleasant to live in all year round. There is gas central heating and double glazing keeping the property nice a warm.
Location - The property is located on a very quiet street in Cowes, only a few minutes on foot to Cowes town and the Red Jet to and from Southampton, there is also a bus stop to Newport every 6 minutes just also along the road. This could be ideal for hospital workers.
