Double Room in brand new house

Hi there
We are a professional gay couple, who have just relocated to the area for work. We have bought a brand new house on the new Edwalton Park development and have a lovely double room, with built in double wardrobe, available.
Whilst not en-suite, we don't use the main bathroom much (other than visitors) so would be practically own use.
We have a lounge and also a second family area in the kitchen/dining room so plenty of space. There is also a garden as well, with added storage available in the garage if needed.
We also have two dogs, a 10 year old Boxer and 4 year old Shar Pei. They are both lovely and super friendly, if not a little nosey from time to time!
We are both friendly and sociable people and always had lodgers in the past so thought we would look for another one now we have moved to Edwalton.
