Hi!
I’m Carla, I’m usually a ‘live in landlord’ but I’m looking to rent my furnished double room whist I adventure to the US on a rotation! I will be leaving my furniture, so the bedroom with have a double bed, two double wardrobe, desk/dressing table, bedside cabinet & blackout curtains.
My current lodger Kirsty is happy here so we need to find someone who will fit in. We’re looking for a female (sorry guys!) who’s quiet and respectful as we consider this flat our home.
The flat is just off the Wells Road (A37), which is on the 376 bus route, it is also possible to catch the 50. On street parking is available (can be busy as peak times).
I will be leaving the country mid January 2019, however I am flexible should the room be required before (happy to leave vacate for the 1st December)
