This nice room's facing West so gets lots of sun late afternoon.
It's a decent size with a very comfy double bed and is fully furnished with wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. (Desk available too)

We're in an excellent location, only 15 minutes walk to either Brighton or Hove station, the seafront and Churchill Square.
Must like cats!
