Hi, I'm a live-in landlord offering a lovely bright (kind of feminine due to the bed design (in my opinion)), master bedroom which has it's own bathroom so there's no need to share. I realise that the flat might seem a bit minimal at the moment. I'm adding stuff to it as I go along.

The master bedroom includes:
Built-in wardrobe (W150cm H270cm D55cm)
New small double bed (4ft)
I'll be happy to buy another piece of furniture to add to the bedroom as It's pretty minimal at the moment.

The flat itself is only a short walking distance away from all the shops on Newport Road and there is also Tesco Extra down the road. The nearest train station is Queen Street which is about a 10 minute cycle.
The area is pretty quiet with flats either being owned or privately rented. Suitable for professionals.

I'm a quiet friendly kind of guy that that's easy to get on with. I like nights in as well as nights out. I'm an IT professional that's also training to be a teacher. I love my video games and geeky stuff.
I'd say I'm looking for the quiet and clean professional. We have to be clean in this flat otherwise the place starts to look dirty quickly lol.

Smokers are welcome up keep the smoking outside. Vaping is ok to do inside as I vape myself.
