### Location

Residential area just off of Kingsway, in between Mauldeth Road and Burnage train stations. 10 mins walk to either station for a 10 min train to Picc or 15 to the airport; alternatively grab a no. 50 into town! Big fan of German food stuffs? Well there's an Aldi 2 mins walk away, or if you're feeling fancy on weekends, there's a number of brunch spots in Didsbury / Fallowfield that are 20 mins walk.

### Room

One large double, comes with new chest of drawers, wardrobe, memory foam mattress etc., free from start of April. (current housemate moving closer to work).

### About the House / Me

Pretty chilled out, like relaxing after a decent day's work. Gym most evenings and all that. Cracking living room with a 4K TV, full sports and movie package from Now TV; great if you fancy a spot of Netflix or watching some football at the weekend. Originally from Northern Ireland, just entered into my 30s, mates say I'm not a knob so that's a plus. Work at a media agency in town, doing marketing bits for clients. Josh (the other housemate) is mid 20s, works at Man Met university and enjoys a good bake, so if you fancy the odd baked good then come on down!
