Centre Brighton £600pm, female, from 13.11.23

The room is available from 13 November. Looking for a female student/professional/ working outside the home (9-5ish) Monday- Friday (due to the lay-out of the apartment and my working from home). The rent is £600 per month. It is on the first floor, is light and airy with lots of space. It comes fully furnished with bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, dining table/desk and two chairs plus shelves and two hanging areas in the alcoves for clothes. The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a communal garden. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with the landlady (me). I am friendly and welcoming and happy to have meals together when possible.
Previous lodgers have stayed up to a year, some I am still in touch with.
Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob. Bathroom has shower.
There are smoke alarms in the apartment and communal hallways and high speed wifi. All bills (gas, electricity, water, wifi) are included in the rent. A deposit of £400 is required. One month stay minimum.
The flat is in the centre of Brighton, a few minutes' walk from Brighton station, walking distance to the seafront, so you will save on bus fares. The Lanes and Churchill Square shopping centre are also close by. Situated at 7 Dials (just behind the station), which has its own shops and cafes, pubs, restaurants close by.
