I am a PHD student at University of Liverpool. I am living in a flat with another PHD student very close to the university ( 5 min by walk) next to St. Andrews gardens. I am asked to go to Switzerland for an internship programme for 9 months due to a joint project. Unfortunately I need to give up my lovely room and flat. The flat is kept always clean, tidy, quiet. My flat mate is very nice, clean, and respectful person. Our landlord is a lecturer at the university. The rent is £370 without bills and tax (£25 per month). You are welcome to view the place.
