En-Suite room for rent - Leeds City Centre
My flat mate is moving out to move back home in January so I am looking for a new flat mate to take her place from January- June 2019. (6 month contract). Your room will be an ensuite which is a bonus!! We have a very large living room and dining area with a fab (good sized) balcony! Oh and this price includes a parking space!
Bills work out at about £150 a month each. (But I can confirm this exactly)
I work 10-6 in the week, and have weekends off. So someone with similar working hours would work well. I am a very sociable person, and love meeting new people! But I’m also pretty chilled in the week and like an early night. The flat is a 15 min walk into town, if that! So a very convenient location :-).
