Lovely double room with En-suite in Chapel A

I am the tenant in this room at the moment but have recently bought a house and am therefore moving out at the end of our current tenancy.

The room is a very spacious double room that comes with a large wardrobe, bed, shelving and has it's own en-suite. It's decorated in neutral colours and has a new carpet. The en-suite has a shower (which is actually good!), a toilet and sink, and was a real selling point to me when I moved in.

The house is a gorgeous big victorian house and the shared spaces include a large kitchen diner, lounge, utility room and downstairs toilet as well as two parking spaces and a huge garden/patio which is really lovely for BBQ's!

I have really enjoyed my time in the house and would happily stay here if it hadn't been for finding one to buy. It takes 5 minutes to get to the heart of Chapel Allerton, and the quick X7 bus into town takes less than 5 minutes too. The guys are both really friendly and are great to chat to. Simon is 35 and works in marketing and is super into fitness and good food. Jase is a 33 year old Canadian and is doing a PhD and does lots of outdoorsy stuff (rock climbing, skiing). They're both generous (with food, wine, coffee!) and enjoy keeping fit. We've had some nice Sunday dinners, BBQ's and nights in as well as the odd pub quiz out. There's lots of room to do your own thing too, and everyone appreciates everyone else's privacy.

The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, as well as a spare room which can be used for guests. Bills tend to work out at about £120 max each per month at the moment. Signing fee was £150 and deposit was £350.
