Double Bedroom in a Massive House Avlble 13 Nov
Hi! I've been living here for a little over a year and unfortunately, it's time for me to move on. I've moving somewhere closer to work and in East London.
The house is a massive seven-bedroom house. My room is the second-largest in the house. There are four floors, which are split up into the following:
Ground Floor: Large modern, fully-equipped open plan kitchen with an island; living room; laundry room; WC and garden.
First Floor: Louby's bedroom; my bedroom; full-bathroom.
Second Floor: Three bedrooms; WC; Fully-equipped modern shower room.
Fourth Floor: Two bedrooms; storage space.
There is one full bathroom, two WCs and one shower room.
The bedroom is a large double bedroom. There's a wardrobe and a vanity that come with the room. It's got a fireplace, and a balcony with stone steps to the back garden. I had bought a book case, a chest of drawers and a bedside table which I'm willing to part with for a fee, should you be interested. The room is quite bare without them. You would share a bathroom with Louby, who lives in the room next door.
The flatmates are incredible. We all work on different schedules (I work from 8.30am to 5.30pm). It's a very social house, and we're all very respectful of each other. A lot of us usual get together to watch Love Island, watch tv, play table tennis (we've got a full-sized table tennis table), cook and just generally hang out after work or on weekends.
The location is great. It's 5 minute walk from West Ealing, a 15 minute walk to Ealing Broadway (or alternatively there are five buses that can take you to Ealing Broadway in 4 minutes). The line starts at Ealing Broadway so you always have a place to sit on the train. There's the district line, the central line, and the TfL Rail. The house is also equally close to Northfields station, where there is the Picadilly line.
Ealing is also a great place to live. There's Ealing Broadway Mall, with a bunch of shops; loads of restaurants; Nuffield Gym (and Gymbox is opening soon too!). It's a nice area, with Walpole Park (which is absolutely stunning) almost at our doorstep. It really is a great place to live and I'm gutted to be leaving!
The room is 800pcm that includes all bills. But you are subject to a referencing and administration fee of £200. There is no security deposit. What is asked is first and last month's rest, the latter of which will be refunded or used for your last month's rent when/if you decide to move out.
We're usually free for viewings anytime after 6pm during the week. If you're interested, don't hesitate to give me a call.
