The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, under-bed storage, bedside table, drawer set, and standing closet.

The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen capable of warming up quick meals and/or can be used for preparing full 5-course meals. The living room is HUGE, with a dining table, couch, and love seats, television, and balcony.

You truly can't ask for much more from an apartment.

The two remaining housemates are looking for a mature, clean and respectful individual, preferably male.
