The house holds four fully furnished bedrooms in total, two modern shower rooms, a living room and a kitchen.

The tenants for the newly renovated property include myself (Haile/M/22 - part time undergraduate and professional working in Picadilly Circus) Grace (23/F - Occupational therapist) and Naomi (23/F - Works in Performing Arts). We all get along well, are sociable and open minded individuals happy to accommodate a like minded, positive person into our ranks.

Your room is the Master Bedroom in the property and is truly a spectacle to behold.

It has a wardrobe, an additional clothes rail, a double bed and four windows.

It has enough room for additional furniture, additional desks, a couch - whatever you might require and would be ideal for a professional who needs a spacious room. This can truly be turned into something spectacular.

Our asking price is the average for a large double room in such a location, we don’t intend on ripping anyone off.

The price is 750 without added bills.

As a deposit the landlord will require the equivalent of six weeks rent - 1125

Plus the rent for the first month - 750

And a 150 agency fee

This makes a lump sum of 2025 which is a large amount, but as it’s for a year long contract the landlord needs assurance his tenants can commit to it.

As mentioned earlier, we would prefer the tenant to be a young male professional between 20-30 and fairly at ease with sociable, outgoing people to make the experience best for everyone.
