We have a lovely double bedroom available Monday to Friday for a kind, considerate professional looking for a home-from-home. The room is furnished with a full size comfortable double bed and memory foam mattress. A high quality chest of drawers, hanging rail, shelving, chair and all linens are also provided.

You will have private access to a large bathroom (with both bath and shower) and access to a modern kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room and peaceful courtyard garden, which you'll share with me (Alex – a sales professional), my husband (Eoin – a medical economist) and our Tibetan Terrier, Jellybean.

Our newly renovated 1920's home is in Furzedown – a brilliant area between Streatham and Tooting that has a friendly community feel and lots of great independent shops and cafes.

Our place a 5 minute walk from Streatham Common station (trains to London Victoria in 17 minutes and London Bridge in 25 minutes), a 10 minute walk from Streatham station (trains to Blackfriars and Kings Cross in 25 minutes) and a short bus ride to the food and fun of Tooting and Brixton. We are in Zone 3 and on street parking is unrestricted.

£650pcm includes all utilities, high speed fibre internet and pays for a cleaner to come weekly.
