I am a single female living in a 3 bed semi-detached house.

The room is fully furnished and newly decorated with brand new carpets and view of the garden from the window.

The room is a large double room priced a £500 per calendar month including all bills, WiFi and council tax.

This room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, large chest of drawers and bookcase. Brand new carpet and decorated throughout. Ariel point for a TV to be set up.

The house is 5 minute walk from Ashley road which has main bus routes into Poole and Bournemouth town centres. 15 minute walk to train station. It is in a nice residential area with unlimited on road parking. 30 minutes from Dorchester and west Dorset.

I work full time as a social worker so I’m looking for someone who shares my values and respectful during the work week. I am sociable and friendly and happy to share communal areas but am looking for someone who is also respectful when coming and going from the house and when having guests. Happy to share with like minded young professionals who like to socialise but also like their own space.
