Large Double room BN1

Hey! I’m looking for a housemate to take over a large double room in a rented property. The flat is located 10 mins away from Brighton station, and close to preston park, London road and transport links.

The room itself is a large double (unfurnished)- bay window, fire place at the front of the property. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a nice garden at the back. The rest of the house is largely furnished bar a few kitchen bits.

The property is pet friendly (letting agent approved) and smoking is allowed outside. I’m looking for a young professional who is tidy and considerate. I work full time locally and need someone who is friendly and wouldn’t mind watching Netflix but also giving space if needed.

I’m tidy but not crazy about a few bits of washing up, and enjoy relaxing after work and having a few drinks now and then. Unfortunately the flat is not fully assessable as there are a few steps down. Openly queer household and expect you to be cool with this.

I’m looking for a relaxed housemate who wants to create a homely space and teach me how to look after my plants.
