I have 3 rooms available to rent from early may 2019. There are 2 doubles and one single all have beds and fitted with tv aerials .There is a btharoom uosatairs and a small cloakroom toilet downstairs. An evening meal will be included and breakfast cereals etc for you to help yourself. The location of the house is right across from the boulevard which has a variety of shops and eating places there is also a Lidl supermarket at the end of the street. There is also a park and ride at cowlick race course but a great bus service into town from the village. Nottingham water sports centre is a short drive away with beautiful scenery as is cowlick park 5 minutes away. F or those who enjoy fitness there is a gym directly across from the house at the boulevard. Fast food chains include McDonald’s, KFC, Franky and Bennys and of course Morrison’s cafe which offer great value for money. The street is very quiet and there is off road parking for one car but other places to park nearby.

All other facilities such as wi fi and bills will be included as standard. I will take care of all the communal cleaning bathroom kitchen dishes etc. A menu will be provided in the kitchen Monday to Friday once it is decided what everyone prefers for evening meals. A Sunday dinner may be optional at extra cost if everyone agrees .
There is a loft that has been boarded out completely with a built in ladder should any storage be required .
