'One Regent is located on the banks of the River Irwell and within easy walking distance of Manchester's historic Castlefield area. A peaceful corner of the city surrounded by canals, but next door to a selection of bars and restaurants and a short walk from Deansgate.

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated on the sixth floor of the development and briefly comprises entrance hallway, open plan living area and kitchen with integrated appliances, master bedroom with en suite, second bedroom and master bathroom. My original tenancy is for 9 months and I am hoping to find someone to share this apartment with for at least the majority of that time. I am currently living and working in Manchester, but originally from Liverpool.

I am 25 years old and I work in Spinningfields (which only takes ten minutes to walk). I like to go out with friends and visit my family back home. I'm easy to get along with and always up for a laugh! My ideal roommate would be someone who is similar to me in that sense.

I don't want to live with someone who is out EVERY single night, stumbling in and waking me up (I love a good party myself)! I also don't want someone really quiet who is going to lock themselves away in their room! I think the balance is very important.

*Important* - Deposit is £525. Pre-tenancy application £180. Rent PCM £450. This will need to be paid to the letting agent before you can move in. Pre-tenancy application takes 3-5 working days.

The parking slots are full unfortunately. So if you do have a car, you would have to use the car park over the road (which most of the tenants use) for 100 PCM.

Letting agent has told me the average price of bills will be £100 PCM (£50 each), This property is Band C for council tax. I will be looking to have internet installed once I have moved in.
