Double Room available in Kentish Town

Hi,

We are looking for someone to take the third double room in a lovely flat with an amazing location.

We're a 10 minute walk from Kentish Town or Chalk Farm tube stations which are both on the Northern Line and a 5 minute walk to Kentish Town West on the overground. The flat is also right next to Hampstead Heath and walking distance to Camden which means there's plenty of local pubs to visit : )

The room is a great value double with a double bed and wardrobe it's decent size room and a good price for the area. The flat doesn't have a living room but the kitchen is spacious and has a dining table.

We are looking to form a chilled, friendly household where we all get along and have a laugh together. Ideally we'd like someone mature and considerate that will treat the flat as a home, this isn't a party a flat but we're a sociable bunch who enjoy a beer or two down the local. We don't have a cleaner so you need to be OK with keeping the flat tidy and doing your fair share of the cleaning.

Current flatmates are in their late 20' /30s so we'd preferably be looking for someone around the same age and would like full time professionals rather than students.

Deposit is 6 weeks and we all contribute to the bills which come in around 80 a month each. There is also no agency, we are lucky enough to have a lovely landlord we deal with directly.
