Happy household, 5 in total, looking for someone to share who is friendly, fun loving and tidy. The other tenants are professionals and postgrads - very friendly and welcoming. They have varied hobbies and interests - running, walking, cycling, and cooking.

I am a friendly landlord with only 2 properties and have a great relationship with the tenants. If you need anything I get it done asap. We communicate regularly by WhatsApp. Current tenants highly recommend. The communal areas are cleaned twice a month.
