- Single person only. Not for couples (sorry!)
- Living room is not shared.
- We prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female.
- On-street parking is available to apply for directly with Council.
- Deposit of £200 required.
- Rent of £180.00 payable weekly.
- 6 month Lodger Agreement will be issued, extendable thereafter.
- Shorter or more flexible agreement rates e. g. 3 month £190 per week, 1 month £200 per week.

You must have photo ID, a valid debit/credit card (any bank), proof of income and attend interview/viewing.
