This is a very clean and comfortable shared house with a mixture of professionals and two mature students.
It is a quiet non party home and I wish it to stay that way as all the current tenants are busy studying or working and don't wish to be kept up all night.
The room has recently been refurbished and has a new vanity unit ,carpet and headboard, the bed is clean.
There is a garden, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bus stops are 50 meters away and the town centre about a 25 minute walk away.
There is one parking space on a first come first served basis. Available short or long term let. Rent payable monthly in advance.
