THE PROPERTY 🏡
This 4-story house has been refurbished to a high standard! You will have use of a kitchen with two cooking and sink stations, multiple cupboards space, fridge freezers, washing machine, microwave and toaster. All crockery and cooking equipment provided and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living! You will also have use of the living room where you will find a sofa, TV and a large dining table and chairs. There is a lovely patio at the back with bike storage.

PARKING IS RESTRICTED TO OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS

The room comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a bedside table, a double bed and a desk and chair. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
