I have a great spacious double room available in my house for a young, working professional, available to move in at any time.

The House:

There are three bedrooms (two doubles, one single), modern bathroom, spacious kitchen, sitting room, and second reception room. There is a spacious garden, and parking is available on a private, gated driveway. I am just looking to let one of the double bedrooms which will be offered on a furnished basis (Double Bed & Mattress, 2 x Bedside Tables, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobe).

Location:

The house is situated on the edge of Poole Park, within walking distance of Poole Town Centre, Poole Hospital, Poole & Parkstone Train Stations, Ashley Cross, Whitecliff Park, etc etc. It really is a great location!

Rent, Bills & Fees:

Rent is £595 per month, paid at move in. All bills are included in this amount.

About Me:

I am a female professional, 27, recently moved back to Poole from London, working in finance between Bournemouth and Poole. I work a lot during the week, but am very sociable and very much enjoy having friends over, going out for drinks, dinner, nights out etc.

About You:

Ideally I’m looking for a young professional, aged between 22-35. Someone sociable and tidy is preferable! Other than that, I’m very relaxed. I’d really want to you to treat the house like your own, friends/family/guests are always welcome.
