The room is suitable for students, graduates, and professionals. Couples are welcome but please note that rent is £375 pcm for couples.
The security deposit is equal to one month of rent (i. e., £275 for a single person, £375 for a couple) and will be placed in a joint deposit protection scheme.

Bills (i. e., Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water and 100 MB Broadband) are *NOT* included and are to be split with the current tenant.
